Overview
This product adopts standards of GB1094,GB1094.112007, GB/T102282008 and it satisfiesstandards of DIN42523,IEC726. Routine test,typetest and specíal test are all according to standardsof GB1094.112007 ,GB/T102282008,and Noiselevel test,which is specially arranged as routinetest item.
APPLICATOIN
SCB series dry type transformer is substitution product of oil transformer. It is specially suitable for high buildings, commercial centers, theaters, hospitals, laboratories, museums, petroleum well drling platform ships,port, station, airport, petroleum chemical factory, underground railway. tunnel, mining, a complete set of combination substation and other important places for national welfare and people's livelihood.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Adopting advanced technology and international firstclass manufacturing equipment, sC-series resin casting dry-type transformer chooses super quality raw materials, with scientific composition, strictly controlled process and higher inspection standards, so it owns the following advantages:
1. Both HV and LV coils are copper conductor, glass fiber strengthened. Drying and casting epoxy resin under high vacuum statue, after solidifying, it becomes a firm cylinder,with high mechanical strength, strong ability to resist shortcircuit. It is of less partial electric release, high reliability, and long service life.
2 Flameproof, explosion resistant, no pollution to environ-ment. Adopting imported epoxy resin and glass fiber com-pound insulation materials, and certain percentage siliconpowder in epoxy resin, heat conduction co-efficient andflame-proof ability is greatly improved than old-type epoxyresin with glass fiber materials. This resin will not producetoxin and harmful gas under high heat.
3. The coils could not absorb moist. The core clamp iscoated with special anti-corrosive material. It can work under severe conditions. It is not necessary to do a moist-release-treatment on interval running.
4. Short circuit resistant, high lightning impulse level.
5. Good heat dissipating because of thin resin coated onoutside of the coils, and normally adopting natural air cooling(AN). Any protection level transformer could be fitted with fancooling system (AF) to improve short time overload abilityand ensure safety running.
6. Low power loss, low noise, good electric saving, econo-mical running, and free of maintenance.
7. Small volume, light-weight, small occupied area, lowinstallation costs, and it is not necessary to build oil releasepool, fire proof and fire fighting facilities, and ready power resources, etc.
8. Without any risk of fire disaster, explosion, it could also be installed separately around loading center, near electric using point, so to decrease wiring costs and save expensive low voltage costs.
